The Dining Room:

ll meals are served buffet style. Our goal is to keep the meals as simple and as healthy as possible. We offer several choices so that most dietary requirements are met without any special requests to our kitchen staff.

When you finish your meal, we ask that you return your dishes to the scullery. It is a great help to our kitchen staff if you will return your used dishes to the scullery before you enjoy your desert and/or coffee.

The Oasis Room:

his is adjacent to the dining room. When meals are being served, the staff often uses the room for staff dining. The room also serves as a meeting space for smaller groups and / or as a breakout space.
